I received Jesus Christ as my Savior at 10 years old and was baptized in a large denominational church in Salt Lake City, where my family regularly attended. The churches we attended felt more like country clubs with God being only for Sundays.

I felt like I had no one to help me to live a normal, practical, day-to-day Christian life. I tried another denomination for five years. Then I found out about the local churches in 1990, through a dear Christian in the local church in Lafayette, LA.

I started to read Watchman Nee’s and Witness Lee’s books and I saw that I was a three part man: body, soul, and spirit (1 Thessalonians 5:23). I saw something concerning the reality of the Kingdom of God, the Body of Christ, and the fellowship with the believers in Christ

The Lord Jesus is revealing Himself and His plan to me more every day.

I am at home with Christ in the Body for eternity.
